Well it's April fools day today and that means that most people have tried to trick their friends or family. So, who did you manage to make a fool out of ? It'll be interesting to see who pulled the biggest prank.

I think the best april fools joke was the one over at Garage Games, they announced on 1st April that Torque Constructor was free, everybody went around believing it was an April fools joke, when in reality they were serious and purposely announced that one 1st April to laugh at themselves, cheeky buggers.

I heard a horror story the other day. A friend of mine's cousin just got her very first car. She was planning on driving this new birthday present to a friend's house in the morning, and her parents know about it. So what do they do? Her parents decided to prank her by moving the car while she was asleep, parking it around the block. They have a friend who is a police officer, and they got dressed up with arm slings and eye patches and they used dark purple makeup to make themselves look bruised. The daughter came out of the house and they pulled up in a police car, and they said they'd borrowed their daughter's car, but wrecked it.

And here's the messed up part!

She cried, and without any concern whatsoever for her parents, she said "so where's my car? Is it wrecked?"

So now she's grounded from her car for two weeks, because she put the car before her own family. How twisted is that? My girlfriend called it entrapment. Forget that, she deserves the punishment imo. If she's that much of a brat, why let her have a car anyway... sounds like she needs to learn some respect.

I call entrapment as well. Upon seeing the parents in person first, its obvious they're going to live in the "accident". So I probably would've done the same thing and ask "where the f*** is my car?!".

But I also have an unhealthy attachment to my cars.

I think its a modeler, but I could be wrong.

Your signature has been erased by a mod because it's larger than 600x120....

It's Torque's .dif modeller, instead of having to use 3D World Studio, DeleD or QuArK for your maps, you can use Torque constructor, basically making working with TGE and TGEAdv. more convenient, when you don't like using QuArK, or have the money to buy plugins or the programs, it's a pretty cool announcement.

Plus it has some more Torque bound features, if you have TGE 1.51 (Unfortunately, I have 1.42, meaning I'd need to pay $50 for the upgrade) or TGEA you can use it's baking feature, which is more accurate than the lightmaps and looks cooler.
