I am not new to programming BUT I am totally new to fpsc scripting

How would I go about making a script that would give me a "team" like you have npc's fight along side of you mainly.. than after that little things like see there hp and heal them and all that kind of stuff.

Is it possible to have a script were you get npc's to join your "team" and follow and shoot with you?
