How is this for a bad day?

-Girlfriend broke up with me.
-Math teacher was on the edge of a breakdown.
-Mid-Evil Source File wasn't saved. (DBP crashed)

I mean could anyone top this?

Is this a particularly poignant thing for you as a student? I can't remember ever caring if _my_ maths teachers were on the edge of a breakdown...

I have vague plans for World Domination

Actually, that would be an okay day for me, except for the girldfriend thing, sorry. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being worst, 10 being best, that's about a 3 or 4 on my scale.

Crying involved? Drop that to a definite 3.
Long term relationship? Drop that to a 2.

I have at least 2 bad days a week. And have developed some forms of depression. Don't let it get to you fast, it's okay to let it get you, but for a short amount of time. DON'T LET IT GET YOU FOR MORE THAN A FEW DAYS.

Don't ask about some of my days, it would make me sound self-centered when this thread should be about you.

It's okay to see a therapist if problems get out of hand.

I'm here, and others are here for you. Remember that.

Losing a kidney ? Wow that sucks ... i guess we all have our depressed moments. Usually when i have a bad day it puts me in a reflective mood thinking about what happened and about my life and stuff.

@LD52

I usually do that too, reflect back, and try to resolve future problems before they occur.
