Click on that link, and you'll see that the thread that was in geek culture, I'm guessing represented by 't', is showing up in board 3, represented by 'b'.

Why does that work? Shouldn't there be something telling me that the thread does not exist in that board? I'm afraid to post there, as it gives me an option to. Can I try and see what happens?

no clue i see how different this is but when i go to the 3d chat forum i can't find this post manually um i'd say let a mod test a post there ... ?

EdiT: i took a risk and tried posting but it said Game over MAn,game over when i tried.

Yes, some people exploited that 'function' a couple years ago, but Rich has fixed the problem to some extent so you can no longer post there.

I remember that. They were "fighting" against the invisible mod forum I think, if I remember correctly.

All its doing is pulling the title of the thread "t" and assuming its from board "b". But of course, when you put those variables together into an sql query nothing is going to match.
