when you made a uv with uv-classic you should save your model otherwise the cordinates won't be there .This model will get the texture richt on his place.

split them all into groups, make the boxes and the tubes different objects when you export to obj and tile by object, that should work but i haven't used uv mapper classic for a while as i have c4d bodypaint now.

[edit]have a look at my UV map tut here. if you tile by group it will map the objects seperatly (but on the same texture).[/edit]
