How about an AK74SU? That's a mini AK.

And a Bizon 9mm. Check this site for more gun info: http://www.world.guns.ru.

OF i dont know if you want the truth or some BS statement, so ill give you both

Honest:
The hand on the ak looks like crap, the gun takes up too much of the screen. it looks very graphicially not good *might be fpsc doing that tho*

BS statement:
Looks great keep up the work.

Either one you want to hear, my best advice is, keep working on the ak, make it more realistic. BTW, i dont mean to offend you with this post, i just get sick of people saying "keep up the good work" etc etc. so i gave you my honest opinions.

best of luck.

Thanks everyone. Bloodeath 6 6 6, you're right, about two things. The only way I can get this game looking "better" is if other people give me their honest opinion. It's nice to get good comments about something you've done but it's even better to get given an opinion that will help towards making improvements. About the hand, yes it is work in progress but now that I am changin it, could you please tell me what needs to be done to it, so it looks better? Thanks. does the gun really take up that much of the screen? Which screenshot were you looking at. The screenshot that I showed of the AK in FPSC with no hands was deliberetly scaled bigger.

Another screenshot showing the updated AK-101 in an urban passageway. I took a photo of the brick wall and made it into a texture.

The game looks sweet. The AK101 is a little big but to much. need a beta tester?

That's quite a bump there!!

It looks good. I'm not with FPSC anymore (FPSC was in an unfortunate schmelting accident{from Austin Powers: Goldmember}).

that grass really doesn't look that great. the black around the grass must not be #000000.

The AK itself looks good. But the actual weapon should be brought down an "inch" or so. And moved to the right. If you want it centered, then find another way of modelling it.

Keep up the good work. (seriously.)

Looks pretty darn promising so far. The hands on the ak look a bit thick, though, and the fingers look short.

OK. I have a few more screenshots to show you. These are of level 1, as it explains the story more. Most of the previous screenshots were of level 2 (urban area). Your helicopter crashed in a remote Russian area near Europe. I'm also preparing a trailer video for later today.

(By the way creator of zombies, I might go on MSN sometime soon. Just keep an eye out )

I'm getting a vista laptop soon, so we might make another version of this game to run exclusively on Vista.

I can't see all the pics yet (my 'high-speed internet' is running at about 28k) but the crashed helicopter scene, in my opinion, needs a bit of work. I quite often see people through a destroyed vehicle right into something, without the surrounding environment looking affected. If you've played GoW, notice how when you save Alpha squad the heli crashes into the building, spilling ruble and debris all over the street as it hurdles down and then makes heavy markings as it rips apart the street itself. This was a cutscene, and I obviously don't expect you to re-create that in FPSC, but I do think you can create the result - trees pushed aside and broken, a trail dug into the ground leading to the helicopter, nearby buildings or other structures damaged or destroyed...it would all look much cooler than simply plopping a destroyed helicopter half-way in the ground

Good luck, this looks promising.

Vote today and play the games!

Dont you just love full lightmapping and dynamic lighting...YUM!

It really looks great, I especially like the AK-101, but the thumb seems painfully contorted

Hello Dr Distracto. The AK has been replaced with Errant's one. My brother has now taken full development of this project so I will post screenshots ever so often.
