Usually I type in msconfig in the run dialog and deselect all the programs that I don't want to startup. But how do I do this to a Guest account? A message says access denied, see administrator for help. I'll login to another account that is not a guest, but I don't know how to change the guests startup from there. Anybody know how?

You could give temporary administrative access to the guest account

log in as the guest account and do it from there or from administration.
