thanks, Ive finished completly the candy, moddelled some popcorn stuff, and am almost done. I will show you a pic. later.

Does anyone know why or know of another thread that explains why models lose their texture when you export them to .x in MilkShape? I REALLY need to find a way around this. Thanks.

Just joking , in the web world are a lot of paint softwares like photoshop(you can download 30days trial).
Just ask your friend google he will sure find somethings good for you.

Yes , when you are creating your UV , you should know where is the richt place..to paint.Or you can search for a 3d paint software.
You have some plug-in for 3d MAx , Cinema 4d(i using it )and a lot more. Pick your own style of work.
