Okay have you tried this?
First click your profile button as seen on this image below
Now your in your account information area... Now click on your order button as seen in this image below
Okay from this point on I believe you can handle it as far as how to right click a link and click the save as feature... Thats ofcourse if your download file is already there.
Now remember there are several reason why your link may not be up as of yet. One could be even though you made your payment maybe that payment hasnt cleared say for instance via paypal. So give it a few days to see what happends...
