You have to set an objective to win a game.
once the objective is complete, you win.
You can end a game with the quitgame command, but that will only terminate the program, not take you to the next level.

In Multi-Player mode you can win 1 of 3 ways.
1. Reaching the pre-set amount of Frags.
2. Reaching the highest amout of Frags within a pre-set time limit.
3. Or by completing an objective.

I haven't made a multiplayer using an objective to win, but I'm sure someone else can help you with that.
