I'm trying to find tutorials on scripting, i have searched on here but none of them really helped me understand fpi scripting they mostly just show me how to do something that someone has requested

Did you try the one in my Add-On at my website?
The items in the Add-On have their own scripts for good examples too.
I'm not saying its any better than any other tutorial out there, because it was written a long time ago.
It does cover the basics in a basic way, by examining basic scripts.
There is also a focus on the format, which is the key to good scripting. (avoiding syntax errors)

well your site doesn't help me any because i cant find the link to the tutorial =( lol

also I'm trying to find tutorials on how to make the textures, segments and stuff in Photoshop =\
