You're welcome and I hope it will be! I'm not very good at progamming if I can't see it. I used VB for this one.

this is excellent. I have one request if you make an update... can it batch convert? I.e. create filenames like wall1 wall2 wall3 etc for more than one texture at once... could be handy

The link doesnt go directly to the download. It just take me to a site that I have to register for.

I went to register and it said:
Quote: "Sorry, we are currently closed for new user registrations
If the page does not automatically reload, please click here
"

one minute before that it said that I should 48 hours and then my registraion might even be approved. I should have registered at that minute.

Im confused. Why post a file for free public download and then make it so that the public cant get to it?

I wish I could get to it. It looks really usefull. A good tool to have.

Im not bashing anyone, but it is a valid question.

Edit:
About 2 minutes after I posted the above I went to http://www.fpscgames.com and it let me register.

Odd indeed.

The person that now knows the most started with many questions. Patients and tolorance are the keys to the passage of knowledge. FPSC is Getting better. Now if we can just keep the ball rolling.

@Butter fingers: Yes, a batch converter will be in the next update if I can figure out how to do it.

@JohannesM: It converts from the most common formats to TGA or DDS.

@Incense: um, what? Click on the download button in the first post.

DarkFact,

Greetings. What a handy tool. Your generousity is greatly appreciated.

@incense,

The link seems fine now. I was able to click and DL instantly, without incident or login prompt.

Thanks,

Seth Black

Ummm,
only trying to help, not trying to advertise, sorry. (thought the offering was generous.)

and I do give my source code for the free programs I write to others who ask, to help make better and more apps.( that's what these forums are for) sorry that you have been tainted somehow! and the name of tyler has no conotations that I know of so unless there is another progy out there that I did not know of that is called the same then I don't know why you would dislike the name.

either way - NEVERMIND! (sheesh, what a bunch of babies.) I thought we were here to share and help each other but I guess I was wrong.

the fact that you have been here less time than I have only makes this that much more funny!

@Duplex: Thanks again.

@Angry Kreyon: I don't release my source code to people I don't know. If you have code you'd like added, send it to me and I'll credit you in the program. BTW, the App's name of "Tyler" isn't helping. If you don't know what that means, don't worry about it.
