I'm looking for the textures that are in the sprite pack I have the pack and am going to re texture some stuff where is it?

in 'generic' in the 'entitys' folder... i think.

Do you want the entities? Or the decals themselves?

The decals are located in [FPSC Dir]\files\gamecore\decals
