FPSC Classic Scripts / Problem with "decal.fpi" and blood

Hi there
I have no idea why but in my FPSC there is no blood any longer. Most of the charas have no effect setting when i right-click on them. And when I set e.g. "fastbone.fpi", there is still no blood effect.
My second problem is also without a findable cause. Decals from the sprite pack, like fire or flares or so dont exsist when i start a test game although some of them (just a little amount) do work. I dont know what to do.
Please help me if you can.

P.S. When I make a simple test level just fith decal or just with charas then theres blood and the decals work. just in a complete level it doeasnt work.

the effect setting in the character properties has nothing to do with the blood effects...

The blood effect is determined in the characters .fpe file

Your signature has been erased by a mod because it's larger than 600x120....
