I don't have made anything what can be downloaded, then I founded Segment editor, and then I started to do stuff. Here is my first, hopely not last one, concrete wall segment. Now I try to upload these things. First screenshot. And if everything goes right download is below.

I dont know what a jp2 file is but...........

You need to post ingame screenshots on the forums.
Jpg is the best because you dont have to download them.

But maybe the jp2 is the segment itself....well
I think it is better to compress that into a RAR file.
So most of us can open it.(i think)
