You just put .fpi after the name you want to save it as. Or get FPI Maker.

so.....

You put your script in notepad

When you go to save it, save it as "All types"
and name it "myscript.fpi"

Make sure it is in the scriptbank!!

ahhh

lets take it in steps

1. Select the entire script.

2. Copy by right clicking and going down to copy, or press ctrl+c.

3. Open Notepad.

4. Paste the script by right clicking and going down to paste, or press ctrl+v.

5. Go to file > save as.

6. Choose a name for your script and type it in the box by 'save as'

7. Type .fpi after the name.

8. Save it in Program Files > The Game Creators > FPS Creator >
Files > Scriptbank.

There you go

First of all we need to know what / who's script you're planning to use and for what. I assume you found a nice script from here, so read the thread you got it carefully.

One of the most important infos are:
1) As which script the specific script must be set as (for example "Main", "Shoot"...) ?

2) What version of FPSC it requires? Some older scripts simply don't work after updates.

3) Does the script need something else to work properly, like unofficial addons or objects?

I suggest reading the manual that came with Windows, and the FPSC manual, they're both very helpful!

That was pretty much all I needed to know. Sensei is one of the most discussed "AIs" here (in a way every newbie tends to have problems with it).

If you read the first page of the Sensei-thread (http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=89394&b=25), you'd know that you need Empty's FPSC mod, which replaces the old FPSC.exe. Unfortunately it doesn't work with v1.03 or higher.

You also need to do some minor edits into some .fpi's and specify the enemies etc for the allies.

Have you read the readme included with the scripts? You have to edit the script a bit i'm fairly sure, and the readme guides you through the process of it.

Good luck.

You have to specify the name of the enemy for the ally, and also name all the possible enemies you want him to shoot. This requires some editing.

Read the original Sensei-thread, there's answers for all your questions.

You have to use Empty's Mod to get the ally script to work correctly. Don't smiley spam. How on Earth do....... hmmmm never mind.

Veron- It's his thread he can trip post if he wants.

It's under the showcase thread. It is a sticky called
Quote: "FPSC Mod... Save & Load levels and other useful stuff"
By Empty. Go figure. It's by Empty and it's called Empty's Mod. I don't know if it is worth it though. It has to be used with V1. So have to revert back to V1 if you install Empty's Mod to work. Many people have complained that it doesn't work for them.

If you are having problems with a script you made posting the script might be a good idea.

read Empty's instructions. it's not hard.

YOU CANNOT USE IT WITH ANYTHING OTHER THAN V1.

There are three requirements for testers:
1) you need to be good at FPSC scripting
2) you need a program that can extract .7z files
3) you need to leave you email address here.

yeah i copied this to my post im not a good scripter
