I've always liked FileZilla ever since I first tried it, but it's always been just for Windows, until now. FileZilla 3.0 beta is now available for Mac and Linux. I know Finder can connect to FTP servers, but I always receive permission issues when trying to upload through it. I'm just thrilled they finally ported this to Mac.

I do agree that Filezilla is a nice FTP client, but that was before I found Cyberduck.

Onces I was referred to that free ftp client I knew which one I needed.

I think I tried a trial of Fetch before and didn't care for it. Either that or the trial ran out, I can't remember why I stopped using it now.

I've only been on Mac for about 2 years. I thought about writing my own client in Java, but gearing more towards the Mac environment. I might still do so one day, after I finish the tons of other projects I've started over the years.
