Anyone seen it yet? I saw it at first midnight showing and I thought it was pretty great. Now I'm sure some folks with think its complete crap and thats fine. Its definitely not a movie for everyone. For those that did see it, remember the fake Machete trailer? Well, it sounds like a lot of people were actually interested in seeing it and apparently its been agreed to make it.

I haven't seen it but I plan too when I get time. I have heard lots of good things from my friends though. Do you think it will come out on DVD?

I hear they may be releasing both movies on their own in hopes of more commericial success.

Plus, I heart Death Proof is meh while Planet Death is kick-ass. And I'm not sitting through Death Proof if it's bad just for PD. Unless I've been misinformed (please tell me I was) and that PD is first...

@ Cian Rice - I saw the film your avatar is from; the one with the little girl and stuff. It was good.

Sorry to go off topic. Grind House looks good.

I really liked Death Proof, but then it had my favorite cars in the movie. It did start off a lot slower than Planet Death.

If you like that older style of gore and bloody horror, you'll like Death Planet. If you like a good car chase scene or you're a Vanishing Point fan, then you'll like Death Proof.

I seen Grindhouse and I loved it. And for any of you who are interested in seeing it and thinking about waiting for the DVD, I'd say go see it at the theater instead. This movie requires a theater setting for the best experience.

oh and yeah Drew I seen Pan's Labyrinth too. It's a great movie.
