hi
i made my first animated model in Milkshape today and when i go into the Entity creator i get this error (look at screeny)
then when i got back to milkshape and change the Lock root bone to 160 and open the .x file in Entity creator, it loads then quickly goes away

help plz

the model is a 1 bone 2 Keyframe thing

To be honest, I can't really help with out a screenie of your export window in MS.

What settings are you using/what exporter?

dont use that one it sucks. Use the JT exporter almost near the bottom.
