hey all, here is my situation:
i got paypal account, but i didnt included any card into it.. so atm, my paypal account cannot sent the money into my bank or windraw from the bank either.
my question is, people send me money into my paypal even if its not "activated" by credit card?

Yes, you should be able to receive money into PayPal regardless of what else you have set up.

Think of it as an online bank for what I like to call "Net Credits", things you spend on items you only purchase online

a common misconception is that u need a credit/debit card to get the cash into your hand. I was 16 with only a savings account and verified my paypal completely pain free. Its not hard, they walk you through it. All you need is a valid bank account and your set to have the cash in your hands
