Hey all,
I tried a few different flickering light scripts including the light2.fpi. None of them seem to work though. the lights just stay static. Do i need to enable shadows? I have quick lightmapping turned on.

TIA!

I'd be willing to bet you still have the light static.

Change it to a DYNAMIC light. (either by right clicking it in the editor and changing it's properties, or by pressing "Y" while you have it on the mouse).

Once you have it dynamic, you need to turn on DYNAMIC lighting in the preferences window (file-->preferences).

good to go.

well... when i said static I meant the lighting, not the light entity. The entity itself is dynamic, but the light it casts is static (as in not flickering.)

I'ma mess around with it some more later on.

The light itself has to be dynamic.

Do you have Dynamic lights TICKED in preferences.

Is the light marker dynamic?

Do you have the light2.fpi script in main?

If those are all yes, it should work.
