Hi Guys,

I was wondering if it would be possible to export FPS maps to X?
I didn't find that option so i guess its not possible. Maybe a good idea to add an export function.
I think the mapeditor is AWESOME, but the engine is not so great. So i could write my own engine in Blitz3D or DBPro and then still use FPS maps. That would be cooL!!

Kewl!

the FPM is a zip file with a renamed extension and a password. once you unzip it, it will extarcat a DBO that you can load into DBP...

converting the levels to .X at this time however, will loose any texture data...

Yes, but in fragmoton u don't, u just need to load the correct textures and in the correct order and it will work (The level will be static, the models will exist but will not be capable of being picked up...

I am sure I am not the only one that gets annoyed when they read...
4 instead of for,u instead of you,etc.
There is an tutorial in one of the newsletters (23 I think it is but I am not sure) on how to import your FPSC levels into DBP.
