Quote: "We've got a Bugatti Veyron owner down the "rich end" of town, where all the footballers (mostly Everton and Liverpool players) live. I don't know if you know him, but it belongs to the Final Score presenter, Ray Stubbs. I've only ever seen it twice, beauty of a car though!"
£850,000 base price and hardly insurance companies will insure it.
Costs them £15million to make each one, so it's for those of extraordinary wealth. Ya right now, gorgeous car.
As far as supercars go, personally I'd have a Porsche GT; cause they just look, sound and drive beautifully. At the Porsche factory you can drive one round their test track for £150/hr, but totally worth it
There's 2 cars I wouldn't mind owning and driving on a daily basis though, which are probably in my price-range.
There is the obvious Ford Mustang GT500 1976-Edition, but obviously restored (perhaps by those overhaul boys lol) and
this bizare yet strangely appealing vehicle. Just looks a sheer unique driving experience.
As for the Tesla, sorry but it looks like a Lotus Exige but slightly modified. As for the top-speed, sorry but 130MPH just isn't "Supercar" teritory.. sure it can accelerate quite well, but that's only cause of the torque. For me unless it can do more than 180mph just not worth a second look. While you might say "well when will you actually get up to that?", that really isn't the point.. but that said that's what "track days" are for :p
