Hi.

I was investing my time into some scripting today, and I C&P'd one of Nue B's scripts on displaying a hud when you press F1.

I noticed something. When I saw the script in the FPeye script editor, the commands scancodekeypressed, entitytimerstart ,and entitytimergreater didn't show up in red like other commands.(see attachment) I have 1.04 just like everyone else by now, and I saw that when I tested, the script didn't work.

So, does anyone know why those commands in particular didn't appear red? My guess is that I need some mystery add-on that I haven't got yet. Or maybe those commands aren't recognizable by the program I'm using.

Regardless, I would appreciate any help that can be offered.

Thank you.

And, if you could, make your responses in English, not all this forum talk I can't understand.

Regards,
spex

Just because they aren't red doesn't mean they won't work ingame.

entitytimer and entitytimergreater are from empty's mod, and thus won't work with anything else. Scancodekeypressed was implemented with v1.04 I believe so that condition should work alright.

Search "FPSC Hint" and dl Nickydude's guide. It has all the commands in there.

Ohh, O.k.

So, considering that the script didn't work, that means there is something wrong with the script.

Ohh, maybe I missed something, but what's an empty mod?

Now I’m curious. Which script was that for? I haven’t used Empty’s MOD in almost forever.

FYI: you can remove the word entity from the command entitytimer and it should work.

There's an FPSC user on the forum with the handle EMPTY He modified the original FPSC source code and included some BOSS features. But I think TGC took the lead again with the new recall 1.04.

More like stealing the thread.

What I think he ment to say, is that all the newest commands are highlighted when you using FPI Maker: Continued. It is a program (Originall PFI Maker).

You should be able to find it using the search function.

Yeah, the search function is cool, except when they give you an example, of a command, they always use the same example for every command:

:state=0,(command):state=1,sound=audiobankusermysound.wav
