you cant put that for download!!! all you have done is added a blue square! your just passing on the same old texture, it hasnt been changed enough to redistribute, its against the AUP!!! soz mate but if you wanna redistribute it as your own you have to really change the texture, not just add a blue square
Its a nice idea to contribute, but ive had this same problem in the past, where ive had to make more changes to a retexture because i didnt change it enough to post

look at the new sticky cherd, we asked fred to e-mail Rick and the rule has now changed, he can put the new texture up for download; you just can't sell it thats all
