Well, I have noticed that several programs that were supposedly made in DBPro have had the windows file-edit-help menus, displaying as a plain windows tool or program.
Is this possible in DBPro?

It can be done via a dll, and calling windows dll's. You could write it on your own. But I'd try out BlueGUI by RobK.
