Well this is my first time re-texturing, so it probably isn't that good but you can still download it and try it out. Its for the Swat and its a bloody one.

(sarcasm) Oh, boy, another MS Paint job. (sarcasm)

Seriously, use something else rather than MS Paint.

This is Mad-Man. Copy Mad-Man into your sig so he can rule the FPSC boards. How to do it? }+:+)+the message after the smiley=domination!

I've seen someone paint the Mona Lisa in MS Paint and it looked like the original. MS paint is not the problem here.

best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

I always use MS paint and really it's all in the hands of the artist, good equipment doesnt make you any better.

Put a skilled sculpter in front of a block of wood and give him a hammer and a set a chisels and he can produce a work of art.

Now take away his hammer and chisels and give him a Swiss army knife. He will still produce something impressive but it will take him much longer and require far more effort.

so, you are correct in saying it is not the tools you use but the skill you demonstrate that makes the end result what it is. However, it is quicker, easier and much more sensible to use the correct tools for the job.

Ms paint was never meant to be a professional paint package, a butter knife was never meant to be a screw driver and scissors were never meant to be used to mow your lawn. You could use them for these things ... but why?

For a dare??

Oh.... and paint.net I don't find as good as gimp, gimp has so many different effects, and the script fu system, and more tools.

Well for ease of use and .DDS exporting GIMP is best.
And MS paint is well MS paint. I only use it for making screenshots.
Really more up to the person anything that can color pixels will work.

Uhhhhhh.....I forgot
