having finished terrorstrike 2, I decided to begin a new proj to fill the gap.

it's a game that's not ready and will be really developed when I get model pack 6.

the story is kinda funny. it's about this guy who has had many grudges against the black Tsunami. A gang corporation in urban central. this time, he's angry at them for stealing his cupcake.

ROFL. this is a serious project.

and even though this isn't developed yet, I have some screens of the enviroments.

here's one without lighting

Looks better than Terrorstrike 2 at the moment. Make the lamp post a dynamic object then set Immobile=yes.

You won't be able to use that as a title screen. It's the wrong dimensions. Also, it looks really bad. Get something better than mspaint for that sort of work.

Zavix, what they're doing is giving you constructive critism. It's pretty much what can help you out in the real world, OK?

Here's my feedback: the game looks alright for a beginner, but work on the menu. If people are giving you a hard time with their comments, then don't respond. If you feel like they're letting you down, just talk to me. I can help. Heck, I've gone through the same problems. Every new person does.

This is Mad-Man. Copy Mad-Man into your sig so he can rule the FPSC boards. How to do it? }+:+)+the message after the smiley=domination!

I remember my first FPSC game...

I like your second screenshot better than the first.
Lights are important for atmosphere.

You'll get better with time.

Wow! You're mad good in paint, I'll give you that. But I see your character from your "Hell on Earth" game from 3DGM in the bottom right corner.

no, that's a member of the Black Tsunami gang.

R9 has a skeletal head and red eyes.

I developed my own drawing style where all humans are these white-skinned, hairless, black-eyed, earless, mouthless, human-like creatures who can still speak, hear, and do all the other thing a human can.

they're also good in comics.
check it out.

It seems to use the lamp's illumination map, it makes it looks much better than just the diffuse texture.

actually, some titles/loads/gameovers are in Jpeg format and can be done in anything you choose.
and most T3DGM games I make follow an in-depth story such as
a war, invasion, races against the clock, and much more.

vorconan
that doesn't make sense to me. sorry

The title is better but the lighting on the lamps is the wrong way around. There's no light shining on the back of it as there is in the pic. The light would illuminate the inside of the lampost.

but the lights wouldn't be visible if I place the lightmaps inside the lamp-posts.

I don't know how FPSC handles pics out of ordinary dimensions, if it bombs out or if you end up with black borders, but still, if you do the title screen in mspaint, try to get them into the right dimensions (that is 1024x768 pixels) just to save you any eventual errors, either esthetic or technical. Just some friendly advice, I'm only here to help.

Don't underestimate the power of paint. If you put your mind to, you can make some pretty mean pixel-art.

For a friends Wolfenstein-mod project, so don't touch.

I recommend trying to make the poster in 3D. That can be possible if you do it with practice.

I don't even use Paint, I dunno why I have it.
