I'm not sure how you intend on useing him in game (as a stationary character or an enemy character) but a cool effect for the genie would be to put an alpha fade on the legs from the belt and fadeing more as it reaches the feet.

ok .. the arabian knight 'll be in two cases ,, one acting as NPC and the other as a friendly fighter .. i will do my best at scripting '><

Thats comming along nicely. Also click on count triangles rather than count polys. As FPSC (and any other .X engine for that matter) sees in triangles.

I like the two, but I think that the Ghoul's head would look better smaller, like your concept.
