A while back Synergy Editor was previewed as a lightweight editor for DarkBasic Professional that is great for quick prototypes and tests when the overhead of an IDE is not required.

That's awesome, I like how it looks like Visual Studio. One thing I kinda liked about VB and stuff was how it automatically indented your do-loops and your for-nexts and if-endifs, maybe it would be cool to add that? The only downside is it might be annoying to some people, so maybe you would want to make it so you could turn it on or off.

@John Y, ok I can appreciate you want to get it more noticed but there is a forum for it. Had another user developed an application and then made a thread, this thread didn't then get seen so this user makes another the mod's would have something to say about it, no?

Also you do have a page on the main TGC site as well as links and information in your sig. You do post quite a bit so people can see it in there or if you had a picture in your sig more people might notice it... just an idea.


Otherwise it does seem to be developing and progressing nicely

No, i was just checking it wasn't one rule for one and one for another. That probably sounds HORRIBLY personal but it's not.

In terms of 'something to offer' I am actually working on a few concepts that may be of some use to developers but it is still 'under research' so...

I have last version and here is result after start on Vista x64 Ultimate:

Cannot register a new code tab because is not a valid Win32 application. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700C1)
