Some time ago Bullshock (i think) posted the standard Fpsc animations in Milkshape.

Is the a similar animation file for guns?

Could save a lot of work.

Nope....each gun is animated on a case by case basis. Though I have seen Airslide use Fragmotion to remove a gun from M6 and use Jon's freebie in place of it. That way all his hands matched. So it is possible to just use an existing set of animations if one matches your gun closely enough.

I always animate the weapons I make by hand using a gunspec file from a similar weapon to keep close on the animation frames.
Then I use either WCS EA or Weapon Creator (depending on what mood I am in) to import the weapon into FPSC.
