, the model is ready and yes you can use it commercially. The only restriction is you can't redistribute without my permision.Im having trouble with the exporting the animation sequences.
I connected 3 blades to a rusty bar. There are 40 frames of animation in which every 5 keyframes the blades and bar rotate at 45 degrees on the x axis. The animation uses one Joint, all 4 parts were made into one group, and all the vertexs were connected to one joint.
