Yo.
If you send that over to my email, I'll get it FPSC ready for you. I have some pretty effective FPI scripts that could probably benefit this.

But he still hasn't told us if he made it.

He just said "I got this".

Kill off the witch hunt unless you have proof. You have been around long enough to know if he didn't he will get caught.People are innocent until proven guilty.

If everybody has to prove they made everything it is going to make my life miserable...so we aren't going that route.

No, its an older model from my brother, (he, s a modder) I normally model random things like trees and so on. For this one I remaked the texture. I really have to thanks Butterfingers for his help...

go the model. I'm at work at the mo. Will check it out when I get home, and work on it tonight. Is it alright if I use this character in something I'm doing? I totally understand if thats not ok.

(I'm gonna experiment with blendshapes in maya, to see if I can get the human mesh to morph into this guy....)

ok, dude you need to have a little chat with your brother. This mesh has no animations whatsoever. The .x file is tiny, (106kb) so there isn't even a chance that my 3Dapp is messing up the import.

This is gonna make things super difficult. Usually you would model the character in a bind pose, arms out, legs straight, then once rigged you would set the preffered angle. This mesh is in mid stride, so to rig it, I'm gonna have to start deforming things allover the shop.

I can probably do it If I hack his legs off and model new ones, as the arms are close to being the right angle anyway, but that's gonna be a pretty major job, so here's what I'm gonna ask.

Find your brother and ask him why he told you it was animated if it wasn't. If there is a version that has animations, tell him to export that in the BIND pose, or NEUTRAL pose. If the mesh I have is the only version he has, then I'm not sure if I have the time to do it.

K sorry, but I was just saying that he could have said that he got it from his brother in the first place.

"I've got this" isn't descriptive enough for me. Maybe thats just my view on things.

Ok, the right arm is bang on OK for the biped, and I can sort the legs. I have 2 hours before I have to crash, so I'm gonna give it my best shot.
