Hello. Could someone possibly show me a complete tutorial for a 3rd-person hack & slash type game. I'm not to interested in RPG style, with stats and magic and equipment and the whole bit, more action-RPG style, like Zelda.

Perhaps I should clear it up. I'm not looking to learn how to make stats and equipment and the like. I'm just looking for the basics to create a character and terrain and be able to make him fight (swing a sword etc...)

stats and equipment is easier than having a dynamic battle engine.

You will need to make animations for the attacking using a 3d software tool like milkshape or 3ds max. for the terrain would it be just a battle terrain or the world terrain?

its a great rpg tutorial covering the basics which should help in some other aspects if you need
