try gimp/ free and mutch better than paint

Its an okay pic IMO, in my mind it wouldn't be too difficult to do an image like that in any 2D editor, remembering people do some pretty good sprites in TGF, whose 2D tools are similar to paint.

Ehh I hate Photoshop and gimp, but I love texture maker 3.03 and Paint.NET!
