I've just won this camera using an entry made with DarkVOICES...

It's a Sony DCR-SR52E, with an internal hard drive, no tapes or disks.

I can't actually show you my winning entry, or tell you much about it because it was a company competition and I'm sworn to secrecy But it was for our marketing department, and involved lip-synching some characters in a video. I also used my free version of Poser 5 to create the characters in the video, before doing the final render in DB Pro itself.

So thanks to TGC for creating such a nice, versatile product!

Not yet, but I'm not going to even consider that issue right now! Besides, I can just walk into another office and have a one-to-one if necessary.

Congratulations!

Will you be able to show it here at some point in the future? I am sure a good lip syncing demo would do wonders for DarkVOICES.

I had to look up what DarkVoices was, I had no clue.

Can you tell us the theme of the competition?

I got the camera, and it's everything it's cracked up to be. Fantastic in low-light, built in Infra Red (night vision), and makes you giddy when you just plug it into your PC and offload the ready-to-play mpeg files

Too many more features and niceties to list, but thoroughly recommened.

I have a very similar Sony camera (DV Tape, not HD) and I'm nothing but impressed with it.
