Is it possible to make simple Ascii text files using notepad. If so can somebody tell me how plz
Where did his Ak-47 go.

errmmm...
all notepad files made in windows are ascii files, unless you have a text editor that lets you save them as ansi/etc.

My notepad bloody always saves them as ANSI.

write or notepad or wordstar or office might help to alleviate these issues your facing..

You could make your own text editor in DBC or DBP if you really wanted to.

When you save your text file, use 'save as'. Change the encoding to UTF-8 then click on OK.
