@Everyone, I was responsible for getting Moondog's thread locked. I feel it is my responsibility to create a new thread for him. I'd like for moondog to post here when he sees it. If I have to I'll copy the other entire thread here.

@moondog, Sorry bro. My own selfish actions got your thread closed. I knew it as I was typing, and even stated it. Think that would have stopped me....

I think it would make more sense if the other topic was unlocked by a mod, and the offending posts removed, because they were totally offtopic.

I do too. I even when as far as to suggest it in my response to other person. Then I was in between editing another rant. I knew better and didn't stop. If I get Noob slapped I'll know why. I'd like to have mine and the other two posts removed. I'm not sure if VanB got far enough down in my response to see it. Regardless, he shouldn't have been in that position. It's honestly my fault!

I feel awful right now. Actually a bit sick about it. That was moondogs thread, and I take full responsibility for killing it. I was selfish, out of control. I knew what my response would lead to... but to concerned with answering to heed my own gut. I really wanted to do everything to help moondog, and I made a terrible decision that he shouldn't have to pay for. Especially with how things are going.

Damn me!!

I have some responsibility there too, (I was going to edit them out when sense hit me, but it was locked when I returned) I shouldn't have showed my view on certain media and then explained it, sorry Moondog man, and good luck in getting your issues solved.

Seppuku, Your not responsible. I am. Whether you posted what you did or not, my posts were enough to lock the thread. I knew it, and was willing to get Noob slapped for it. I thought that my post would get deleted, and the thread would stay open. I almost vommited when I saw the lock. I was leaving a cleaning job, and I posted soon as I got back home.

Maybe Indi or someone can clean out those political posts and reverse the lock, I would, but I'm busy right now with work, and wouldn't want to half-ass it. I locked it because of the political debate that emerged is all, it's not that anything in it was offensive, just that we can't allow political debate.

If I have time I'll try and tidy and unlock the original thread, if another mod doesn't fix it first.

ty VanB. I am really sorry. I messed up. I owe you and Indi a big appology. Somehow I'll try to find a way to make it up. I'm a bit embarassed right now, so my only thought is getting moondogs thread back.

I have unlocked it at the request of VanB.
I suggest you remove the offending material on your own accord at least add some spongey gooey material to make it less pointy.
I will give it 24 hours and then I can either wipe the post or modify it accordingly.
I will lock this one for now as it serves no more purpose.
