Write a script which shows a hud with your text, and give it to a trigger zone or the switch.

Take the usedoor.fpi as an example (look at first 2 lines).
I think that will not be so complicated...

Hope that helped

So how do i create a text image, tried using a paint pragramme but when i try to convert to dds it says something about {is not power of 2 in size} whats the correct method of making a text image? sorry to go on for so long i hope this has made it more clear of were my problems are. thks

do you use DDS Converter?

I think you need the same image in two formats.
One in jpeg, png, tga... and one converted to tga.
And place it into your gamecore/huds folder.

have you already made a script and is it working?
