I am sure that all of you downloaded Pwned Arena Beta 1 and played it for days...or,for the sake of this post,I'll pretend you did.
Now I have released Pwned Arena Beta 2.You can find it by clicking the link to my site in my sig or you can go directly to the download.
Things to take note of:
There is lightmapping this time around.
Aiko and Conker have a starting weapon which you can access by moving the mouse wheel up or down.Conker has the Autoslug and Aiko has the blaster.There is no ammo for these weapons in the game so if you use it all up...you just have to use one or more of the eight weapons provided...which include:
The sporting shotgun from model pack 6
The m249 from model pack 5
The tavor
Jon Fletcher's beretta elite
the commando
the Colt python
the mp-40
dual ingrams from model pack 6.

This is a .zip file.When you unzip it the installer will autmatically install it for you (just follow the simple insttructions).The game folder will automatically be put in the proper place and an icon will be placed on your desktop (pic of the atuoslug).
This program is packed with Vishnu...the state of the art file protection system for FPSC games (Thanks s4 and Locrian and Candles).
Be sure to read the licnese carefully as it includes the credits and instructions along with other very important information.
An uninstaller is included.The .zip runs about 95 MB.
Have fun.

That's because it's a shot from the first beta.There's some decent lightmapping.I went to some trouble for it (if you have ever tried to lightmap a MP game you know) because it was a suggestion on how to improve the first beta.
I still have plans to improve on this and I have some crazy ideas.
If you've ever seen my work you might think they are all crazy ideas.
I wanted to get this out and let people play it and shoot each other and then give me c&c so I know what direction to take it.
I have tested the living daylights out of it by myself but it's hard to test a MP game when you only have one player.

That shouldn't have happened.Either post here exactly what you did or shoot me an e-mail so I can see if I can figure it out.I assume when you were done playing you used F12 to exit Vishnu.
So if you tell me step by step what you did maybe we can fix it.I have never had to restart my computer because of Vishnu and this is the first I have heard of this so I would like to straighten this out as soon as possible.

Nice Game only one problem as soon as I try to play the game it says I need to download Net Framework something blah blah either I don't know what it is (probably) or its something I need to download

I guess it was only Vishnu's disabled alt_tab that messed me up, whenever I start a new program, my firewall goes crazy about it, and I couldn't alt+tab to allow it, or do anything else, so I had to restart.

I made it a pretty basic game so that people could frag each other and the game would be fast.That and,as everybody knows,multiplayer options are limited.
But I do intend on improving on this as time goes along.I just want everybody to have fun.

Inspire - I'm not exactly sure when he became a mod, I remember LONG before he was, although I think the mod 'elections' were held sometime either during September or sometime in the summer...I don't remember,though Fred hopefully knows

In case anybody is interested I have the next beta finished and am in the process of testing now.It might possibly be up for download anytime from this afternoon to early next week.

This game is packed with Vishnu 5 Beta.Please keep in mind this is a beta and if you seem to have an issue with Vishnu do not post it here or anywhere else.E-mail me please.

Some improvments:
This game was built with 1.05 RC2 so you will notice some minor improvements.
More scaffolding and changes in lightmapping.
Vishnu 1.5 beta also gives you the option to choose your own keyboard configuration.

Nice one fred p just downloaded and Ive noticed you changed the keyboard setting from default.

Anyone wanting to play this version must go into the keyboard settings and change them back to fpsc default or you have to use fred p custom settings.

I fogot about that.
I was checking out how well the keymapping worked (it does work quite well) and I did do some funny stuff to the control configuration (to see if I could use the q key for running instead of shift so I could hold down both keys with one finger...that worked out fine as well).Thanks for pointing that out.
