yesterday i was driving happily around some local country lanes, when suddenly, on the windiest part of the road, 3 motorbikes came racing to overtake my car. after a chain of events, 2 of these motorcyclists almost ended up killing myself, another driver, and themselves via extremely dangerous overtaking methods.

Quite frankly this crap dont fly, so im wondering, in the event of this happening in the future, what would be the best way to disable a motorbike (short of actually killing the rider by running them off the road that is)?
