We filled a friends room with baloons, theres a video on YouTube

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QG2hMAwdxk

I thought it might be of interest to some people - it's one of those ideas some people talk about but they never do. It was great fun.

Just something to take up 5 minutes if you're bored!

I am alive and well, I still check these forums from time to time; I'm working hard on new Milk Paton and other projects.

I'm impressed

You should have edited out the F* words though, kind of spoilt it and reduced your audience massively. I was going to show the family until this point.

I didn't edit it; try playing with the sound down?

Good point though.

That was pretty funny, how long did it actually take to fill that many balloons. Also, the bedroom must be on the ground floor right, or do you have some crazy scaffolding outside the window

John; it took about 25 minutes to fill the room, it was on ground floor yes;

About half way through the video you might notice a guy with a white baseball cap (A Chav) - I have NO idea how he got into the room, and none of us knew him, he just appeared at some point in amongst the baloons and joined in (we told him to say the MilkPaton thing when he did the forward flip) Lol.

You let a random into your house?

If that was around here, there would be fists flying and that guy would either be running for his life or be out in the gutter regretting ever coming near us.

At any rate, it's a pretty good video

You should do it again but actually fill the room - Floor to ceiling, then just run in through the door (see how far in you can get before there's just no room to move )

that was awesome, reminds me of some of the things me and mine do alot.. although i think if it was blow up enough baloons to fill my room about 20mins in we'd say "f this!" probably end up down the pub.

should convert the vid where we're all setting each other alit sometime
though next time throw the chav out the window heh

weird how he had an accent like he was from round this way, probably migrated due to the amount of beatings he'd get

I reckon it's cool how they let someone they didn't know join in their fun. I'm sure the world would be a much nicer place to live in knowing people could safely enjoy some balloon fun with complete strangers.

Haha, yeah, but you can't trust randoms. If we could, then, sure, no worries.

You know what it's like her in Oz, so you know what I'm talking about

That's a cool thing to do

You had more then one camera, how come you didn't edit in more angles? Most of the movie is from a single camera (boring).

Yeah, myself and a mate almost got mugged by some bloody teenagers in a car park walking back from Surfer's a couple months ago, thank god the 4 of them were too pissed to be able to fight properly (we'd only had a few so we were still pretty level-headed). Hypothetically though, kill off the scum and more good times are sure to be had.

I didn't edit it, this was done by a friend.
