Is it possible to script an entity so that it's texture swithches between 2 different textures on a timer?
I am highly doubtful but my friend who is too lazy to join the forum wants to know. xD
If you can can change the texture with 'ifused' I guess it might be possible to do it on a timer?

Thanks

Thanks Silent Thunder!
I don't suppose anyone here would be able to give me a hand, so I can pass it on to my friend? Neither me or my friend know the first thing about scripting. We'd be really grateful.

Thanks again.

EDIT: @Pigs can fly: I know about the alttexture command, but I dont know how to get it to work on a timer. I can get it to work with a switch but no more.

I don't know how to do it, but I'm pretty sure it's possible, we will have to wait for someone who knows something about scripting to come along.

use these commands:

condition: activated=1 , action: timerstart
condition: timergreater=[time in milliseconds] , action: state=x
condition: state=x , action: whatever you want

is there a way to do this for a corpse? like say if you kill an enemy and leave its body behind and you want it to look bloody?

Yeah I (and quite a lot of other people) have always wanted it, but it has just never been updated.
