If this is based on anything HP Lovecraft i'll be annoyed because i doubt they could do it justice, i'll be surprised if they did however...

amazon review:
Having played through the German demo version of Anderson, I'm excited and surprised. It seems ridiculous, that a team of amateurs, who have never created a PC game before, comes out with something like "Anderson & the Legacy of Cthulhu". The graphics and effects may not be comparable with Stalker or Farcry, but they match and sometimes even gominate Bethesdas "Dark Corners of Earth", a huge commercial project. The intro and the cutscenes, filmed and painted, are far better than those in the last Command & Conquer (which is not hard to top anyway), telling a great story about a hard-boiled private investigator stumbling into total madness. The game itself is more adventure than shooter, however, you won`t survive without killing, and the killing is hard enough when you face an SS officer armed with secret weapons, while you`re still holding a small pistol.
There are lots of traps, riddles, quests, sub-stories and even poems inside the gameplay, sometimes directing you, sometimes misleading you, but always contributing to thrill and main story.
The story and the way of storytelling is the great plus of the game, avoiding clichees (not every kraut soldier will be your enemy...)and providing suspense to the max. The demo took me three hours to complete, and it was one of the best games I've played this year.
And then, I tought of the fact that all this was created by no studio, but by a small band of fans, and I shook my head. Impressive!
Personally i've seen better and more original games on this site that would be more worthy of being published than this but i can't really critisize because i've never played this, can't imagine it being that original coming from FPSC in all honesty
