This is my first game I have been creating for about a month. The story I got is a rough draft so it could change overtime.

bioTEC, a multi-milllion dollar funded corporation founded on bio-engineering research. About a year ago, a small mid-western city was completely wiped out by a container leakage from one of bioTEC\'s research. They were able to cover up the story, but were always suspected of another outbreak from then on out. They dissappeared from the market and had not been heard about until a recent documentary about tropical islands hinted there was a research complex on one of those islands.

Your name is Marcus and you\'re a member of TRAT (Tactical Reconnaissance Assault Team) and your mission is to gather all intel of possible illegal bio-engineering on a island off the coast of Africa. Recent recon work indicates that the island is swarming with guards that protect the scientists and their precious experiments. If the \'go ahead\' is clear, than your mission will be to contain all hostiles encountered.

Excellent work! I can see that the lighting has had some thought put into it. The game really looks like it was put together well. Great job.

Game looks nice. There's lots of neat details here and there and lighting looks good and believable. I would look for some more plant entities to make outdoors look more alive.

Yes, looks great, but maybe you should change the groundtexture, and make it seamless or something, this groundtexture remind me of rollercoaster tycoon 1 and 2.
Anyway, good job, I hope you'll finish it.

IRON TROOPER,

Welcome to the forums. You have a great beginning there. One thing that stands out is the transition from grass to dirt in you pics. Perhaps you could make a brick or stone decal to place over the transition to make it appear landscaped? Just a thought. Nice job.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

The laboratory looks really nice. Add a table or something in the middle of the room and it's even better.

Hey iron, these shots are brilliant. I'm definitly looking forward to playing this when you release it!

I also agree with underside that it reminds me of de_airstrip from counter strike cz.

Keep up the good work!

Looks decent, I just don't like the placement of the big blue tube. I think it should be more in a corner, and maybe with more of them. And why is it lit up? If it was that important, it should be on a pedestal or something. The first outdoor screenies look great, but don't spoil it with poor interior design.

Brilliant!!!!!
Welcome tho the forums, you've definately gotten my attention with those screenshots. I'm totally suprised at how well the framerate held up on the video. Yeah, the framerate did kinda suck, but it's about the best anyone can do with FPSC. FPSC's framerate aways sucks. Good luck on the game. Will try to download the demo, but file front does not like me much.

CRAP!!!
Filefront has failed me again!!! Every time I try to play the demo, it asks me to send an error report because it screws up big time! Don't know what's wrong, but I hope I can successfully play the full version...

right played the demo and while your level design was pretty looking your biggest problem was where you placed the enemies they were nearly always looking the wrong way and with fpsc pretty bad ai they just stand there when I shot them I got thought the first 2 levels without getting in one single proper fire fight and then for some reason the demo crashed on the 3rd level and it could really do with some cutsceans but since this is only a demo you shouldn’t have to worry about that on the positive side your levels did look rather pretty where they your wall textures or from a model pack?

The wall textures are from Model Pack 5. I know the demo is a little stuborn, I just wanted to get one out there for people to get a taste of it. The A.I. is defintely the main works on this project at the moment. I will probably release an improved version of it this month.

apart from the ai it was pretty good I would suggest trying to create your own texture if you really want the game to feel like your own oh and a good way to do cutsceans is taking screen shots of your game characters in poses then putting them in windows movie maker then adding voice acting or text it really works good luck with the game it has a lot of potential

Cool demo! Like it, but like small fish said, the AI was a bit out of place. Keep on the very good work!

@small fish:
Can you please write your messages with commas and dots?
if you tell it like this it is pretty hard to read you will struggle to read it and it makes you unpopular. (Just to say something)
But if you write it like this, it is'nt hard to read at all, you won't struggle and it makes you more popular in the future.
(Not blaming you, just saying you can do better)

Hey guys, I've ran into a major problem with FPSC. It won't load over half my levles! I went to edit some things, and when I attempted to open the level, it crashes and I get a runtime error. 2 days ago this was working fine, no problems! Can someone help me with this?
