how come whenever i make segments in signs, use those segments in a game, then build the game, the segments never go into the game's files?
they will work fine in the test game, but when i build the game at the end, those segments arent in the game's segment bank

WHOS THAT??!?!? oh yeah...its that guy!

I don't know. I've never had this issue, and I've been using Signs since Signs II...
