This is a character produced my a member of my class. We used the MP4 fat zombie character for a base. The animations have been customised, and the mace/club was modelled in maya and rigged to the guy in ,milkshape.

I would appreciate some comments and crit, Harmeet has only been using Milkshape and Maya for 9 hours, so I think this is pretty impressive, but I'm sure he would be more encouraged to hear it from you guys.

still to do :
propperly UV map weapon
animated walk cycle (video soon)
custom script.

Looks a little jagged. Try smoothing the form. Bodies dpnt look like wrikled paper. And yeah he would look better with ripped up shorts.

Otherwise awsome job!

No can do my friend. Thats as smooth as bond1s model. I'm sure it'll get auto smoothed once it's in FPSC.

I hate to be a downer and all but could you please post an in-game screenshot?I don't want to lock this.
After 9 hours of using Milkshape I made something that looked like puke. This is pretty impressive for that short amount of time.

Looks good butters But I think the faces may not be welded, as the render looks very angular.

Are you sure about the smoothing because the gouraud shading is just breaking up, I do not know how it works in Maya but I assume it's a simple as any other program by applying a smooth to it (smooth in max, smoothing groups in milkshape).

Looks cool, maybe alter the face a bit to look more troll like rather than human, like maybe jut out the chin, bulb out the nose(just a bit) and add some larger 3d ears. I guess I'm just used to the look of the Warhammer trolls. But for 9 hours man! thats better than after my 9 hours.
