Ok,so i got a deal with some guy,I can get a Nvidia8600 OC OR an Ati X1950 for 150 Euro,Can anyone tell me wich is the best choice for Game Dev and Playing games as high as possible?

for future proof,get the 8600 OC. Plus,it can apparently play oblivion on high or max settings with a decent resolution.
