Thanks Jess T,
I will start with yours. Of course all of the info you specified for your functions (rights, licenses, website will be included). There may be occasions where I will need to change function names/ parameter names/return values etc... to have everything co-exist nicely, but other than that I will try not to change anything unless it has crucial to over-all cohesiveness or functionality. For any changes I make, however slight, I will make an editor remark. I will then submit them for author review and approval.
The idea is to combine an entire library of functions that work cohesively, and are documented as much, if not, better than the DBPro documentation itself. As I compile a good amount of functions I will prepare it for download including the documentation, all references licenses, credits usernames, website info etc... Each subsequent release will add a significant core to the library.
While this will be a time consuming endeavor, I trust that this work will prove to be valuable to the entire DBpro community.
=====
Although the downloads are freely available, I feel it is important to have consent by (any/all) of the original authors before inclusion into a broader, overall library. My first and foremost priority is to ensure that (any/all) author's code is respected and that they are fully credited for their contribution to the DBPro community.
Sincerely
~zenassem
