I just want to offer people some advice on here. I have tried so many programs and I have had trouble trying to find to best world editor. At this point, I believe I have found the right program.
If you are searching for a good world editor and animator, and much more try "Truespace or Gamespace".

Maybe, it's still pretty tough to use and tends to crash on me. I am using Gamespace for some of moddeling.

I use Wings3d as a great prototyper then finish up with Gamespace.
